Verified against ADR-0006 directly — the footnote accurately summarizes the ADR's actual rationale (rejecting specialized shepherd:cow/twap/ethflow host interfaces specifically to avoid locking every deployment into one concrete TWAP implementation/polling policy, letting competing strategies coexist as separate modules). Accurate, small, docs-only. Approving.
